Spot Cleaning

Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed — the TPU-coated shell cleans up easily from travel grime.

Washing

Do not machine wash. Hand wash in cool water only if necessary to preserve the DWR finish, TPU coating, and molded back panel.

Drying

Open fully and air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight.

DWR Refresh

Re-treat periodically with a PFAS-free DWR spray to maintain water resistance over the life of the bag.

Storage

Store unclipped and uncompressed in a dry place — long-term compression can deform the molded EVA back panel and wheel mounts.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 3-10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
