bluesign® Approved Pertex® Quantum Eco Shell
100% Polyester (53% Recycled) 30D Double Ripstop shell is water-resistant, wind-resistant, and breathable for all-day comfort in cold environments.
Synthetic Rubber Traction Sole
Durable rubber outsole prevents slipping on icy surfaces — safe to step out to the woodpile, fire pit, or front porch without changing footwear.
Protective PU Mudguard
PU mudguard wraps the lower bootie to keep snow, slush, and muck out of the insulation and lining.
Memory Foam Insole

Drawcord Adjustable Cuff

Spot Clean When Possible
Wipe down the shell with a damp cloth and mild soap to handle everyday dirt and slush without putting the insulation through unnecessary wash cycles.
Do Not Machine Wash
Machine washing can damage the PrimaLoft® insulation, compress the loft, and degrade the water-resistant finish. Spot clean or hand wash only when necessary.
Air Dry at Room Temperature
Stuff with paper towels to absorb moisture and air dry at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators or hair dryers, which can damage the synthetic insulation and shell.
Do Not Bleach
Bleach will degrade the recycled polyester shell and damage the insulation fibers.
Do Not Iron
Heat from ironing will damage the synthetic shell, insulation, and PU mudguard.
Do Not Dry Clean
Dry cleaning solvents will strip the water-resistant treatment and damage the PrimaLoft® insulation.
Re-Apply DWR Periodically
When water stops beading on the shell, refresh the durable water repellent finish with a spray-on DWR product to restore performance.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
