Women's Vault Backpack
Women's Vault Backpack
Daypack · School / Campus / Daily Commute

The classic Women's Vault Backpack has a modern aesthetic, simplified storage, the ability to stand unsupported, and a sought-after endorsement from the American Chiropractic Association. Built around the women-specific FlexVent suspension system with a padded, breathable back panel and a clean front panel, the Vault is the daypack that handles a full load of textbooks, a laptop, and the long walk between class and the bus without a sore back or a sweaty shirt. Recycled materials and a water-repellent finish keep the bag light and the contents dry.

Women-Specific FlexVent™ Suspension
Endorsed by the American Chiropractic Association — features a flexible yoke built from custom injection-molded shoulder straps, a padded back panel, and a highly breathable lumbar panel for all-day comfort. Tuned specifically for a women's fit, the shoulder straps angle in slightly and the back panel curves to match the natural spine. The flex moves with the body instead of against it, and the lumbar vent keeps the small of the back from getting damp on warm commutes.
Dual Top Grab Handles
Two grab handles on top make it convenient to open and provide a balanced carry so the bag doesn't swing into your side when you're walking — the dual handles distribute the load evenly across the top of the bag for a more natural swing pattern. The same dual handles make the bag easier to open at a security checkpoint, easier to lift out of a car trunk, and easier to grab from a hook in a hurry.
Stands Unsupported
Stand-up design for easier packing and unpacking — the structured build sits upright on its own, even when fully loaded. Packing is faster when the bag doesn't topple over. Unloading a laptop at a security checkpoint is faster when the bag is already vertical. The structured back panel and reinforced boot are what make the stand-up possible.
Padded 15" Laptop Sleeve
Padded 15" laptop sleeve — dedicated space keeps the screen from getting scratched by books, water bottles, or the lunch you forgot at the bottom of the bag. The laptop sleeve doubles as a hydration sleeve for the occasional trail day. Sized for the 13" and 15" laptop formats that dominate the current student and commuter landscape.
Large Main Compartment
Huge main compartment holds books and binders for a day on campus — wide opening, clean interior, no internal sleeves getting in the way. The 26-liter capacity swallows a full day of textbooks, a binder, a notebook, a lunch, and a change of layers without needing to be packed Tetris-tight. Top-loading zip opens wide for fast access.
Front Organization Compartment
Front compartment simplifies organization for the modern user while maintaining essential features for storage such as secure-zip pockets, a tablet sleeve, and a key hook — pens, cables, calculator, passport, the small stuff that gets lost in a black-hole main compartment. The padded tablet sleeve holds a second device or an e-reader separately from the laptop in the main compartment.
Dual Water Bottle Pockets
Two water bottle pockets — stretchy enough to hold a full 32 oz bottle, deep enough to keep it from falling out on the walk between classes, and slim enough to disappear when empty. Compatible with a phone, a snack, or a folded shopping bag when the bottles aren't in use. The pockets are positioned to ride a backpack hip belt without interference.
Daisy-Chain Lash Points
Daisy-chain webbing offers lash points for clipping extra gear, hanging the bag from a hook, or strapping on a sleeping pad for a quick overnight. Compatible with carabiners, bungee cords, and the small hardware most students and travelers already carry. A small detail that turns the daypack into a modular piece of gear.
Sternum Strap
Sternum strap keeps the shoulder straps from sliding outward on a long walk or a bike ride, locking the load against the back so the bag doesn't sway when moving fast. Adjustable for layering over a winter coat or a summer tank, and the buckle is sized to operate one-handed with gloves on. Fully removable when the bag is being used for casual day-to-day carry.
Reflective Details
Reflective details on the front, sides, and shoulder straps — keep the wearer seen on early-morning walks, dusk commutes, and bike rides home after sunset. Subtle enough to disappear in daylight, bright enough to catch headlights at night. A small safety detail that earns its place on a daily-driver bag.

Sustainability

Recycled Content
Body fabric and trims made with recycled materials
Finish
Non-PFC DWR (no perfluorinated chemicals)
Spot Clean
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For scuffs on the 600D body, use a soft brush and a mild detergent solution, then wipe with a clean damp cloth. The DWR finish, the trims, and the laptop sleeve are all designed to be wiped down — there's no need to launder the bag.
Hand Wash
For deeper cleaning, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. The machine agitation will damage the FlexVent back panel, the DWR finish, the recycled-plastic trims, and the embroidery. The bag is built like a technical pack, not like a soft duffel, and should be cleaned like one.
Air Dry
Air dry completely with all compartments unzipped and open. Hang it on a hook or stand it upright on a flat surface. Do not put in the dryer. Do not iron. High heat delaminates the 600D PU backing, warps the back panel, and degrades the DWR finish. The bag can take a day to fully dry when the interior is soaked — plan accordingly after a rainstorm.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep buckles, straps, and zippers unbuckled/unzipped to avoid stress on the webbing and stitching. Hang the bag on a hook by one of the top grab handles, or stand it upright on the reinforced boot. Avoid leaving heavy textbooks in the bag during long-term storage — they can deform the back panel over time.
Zipper Care
Lubricate the main compartment zipper, the front compartment zippers, and the laptop sleeve zipper periodically with a silicone-based zipper lubricant. Avoid getting sand, salt, or grit in the teeth. If a zipper sticks, work it open and closed gently rather than forcing it. The zippers are repairable if treated kindly.
Restore DWR
When the 600D recycled polyester body starts to absorb water instead of repelling it, re-treat with a spray-on DWR designed for technical outerwear. Reactivating the finish every 6-12 months keeps the bag performing like new and protects the laptop on rainy commutes. The non-PFC finish means standard household waterproofing sprays work — no need for a fluorocarbon-based product.
