Machine Washable
The microfiber upper and FriXion® Black rubber sole are machine washable — use cold water on a gentle cycle in a mesh laundry bag. Air dry only; never tumble dry as heat damages the rubber.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Stuff with crumpled newspaper to absorb moisture and help the medium asymmetry, light downturned shape hold.
Sizing Check
Generally sized down 1–3 full EU sizes from your standard EU street shoe size, depending on desired performance fit. Try in the afternoon when feet are slightly swollen for the most accurate sizing.
Resoling
The 4 mm FriXion® Black half-sole rubber is resoleable, extending the life of the shoe well beyond the original tread. Have resoling done by a qualified cobbler familiar with climbing shoe construction.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Loosen the hook-and-loop strap fully to preserve the closure tab and keep the downturned shape relaxed between sessions.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
