Cleaning
Remove loose dirt with a soft brush. Wipe the canvas upper with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach — they degrade the recycled P.E.T. fibers and suede eyestays.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. Remove the insole and loosen the laces to allow airflow. Never place near a radiator or in a dryer — heat warps the EVA midsole and shrinks the canvas.
Outsole Care
Clear mud and debris from the lugs with a stiff brush after each use to preserve traction and prevent long-term buildup. Wet mud left to dry on the outsole hardens and reduces grip.
Suede Eyestays
Brush suede eyestays with a suede brush to maintain the nap. Avoid soaking the suede — if it gets wet, stuff with paper and air dry away from heat.
Lacing & Hardware
Check D-ring hardware periodically for looseness. The lace loop and heel pull are easy to replace if they fray — keep an eye on them before they tear off completely.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep footwear loosely laced or stuffed with paper to maintain shape. Avoid long-term compression in a pile of shoes.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
