Washing
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid machine washing which can damage the embroidered logo, warp the twill, and break the silver metal buckle.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. Reshape the crown while damp. Do not tumble dry — high heat can warp the brim, shrink the organic cotton, and damage the metal buckle.
Detergent
Use a mild, natural-fiber detergent. Avoid chlorine bleach and fabric softener — softener can coat the organic cotton fibers and reduce the natural breathability.
Sweatband Care
The internal sweatband absorbs sweat and skin oils. Spot clean with mild soap and a damp cloth between wears to keep the band fresh and prevent odor buildup.
Buckle Care
The silver metal buckle is durable but can tarnish or scratch if dropped. Treat it gently when adjusting and store so the buckle doesn't get bent.
Crown Care
The shallow-fit crown is the most shape-sensitive part of the hat. Reshape the crown while damp after washing. Stuff with tissue or a hat form when storing to maintain the shape.
Storage
Store on a flat surface or hang from a wide hook so the brim doesn't crease. Long-term compression (sitting on the hat, stuffing in a tight bag) can permanently deform the shallow crown.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
