Just-the-right-depth crown — sits comfortably on the head without sliding down or floating above the ears. Cuts a clean profile on the trail, in the boat, or out to lunch.
100% Recycled Nylon Body
Body fabric is fully recycled nylon — lightweight, durable, and quick-drying, with a UPF-friendly tight weave that holds up to sun, sweat, and surprise rain.
FLASHDRY PRO™ Sweatband
Branded interior sweatband uses FLASHDRY PRO™ moisture management — actively pulls sweat off the forehead and out of your eyes, even on the hottest, hardest-running days.
Adjustable Webbing Back-Strap
Webbing back-strap with a 9-hook buckle — dial in a precise fit that holds without pinching, and adjust on the fly as the day warms up or your hair gets flatter.

Spot Clean Only
Wipe the body and sweatband with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove sweat, sunscreen, and grime. Do not machine wash or machine dry — agitation warps the brim and degrades the recycled nylon fabric.
Reshape & Air Dry
Reshape the brim by hand while still slightly damp. Air dry on a hat form, a rolled towel, or upside down on a clean, flat surface to hold the crown shape.
Avoid
Don't leave the hat in a hot car — the heat can shrink the sweatband and warp the brim. Don't iron the brim; the curve and rigidity are built into the material, not a coating.
Storage
Store on a hat form, a rolled towel, or hung by the back-strap. Avoid crushing the crown under heavy gear — the structured shape can hold a dent that's hard to fully recover.
Sweatband Refresh
If the sweatband starts to smell despite spot cleaning, hand-wash just the band with a tiny drop of mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, and air dry. Don't submerge the whole hat.

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
