Washing
Machine wash at 40°C or below with similar colors. To get the best performance out of your hat, wash it as often as necessary to remove impurities such as sweat, dirt, campfire smoke, and cooking odors. Fasten the chin strap to prevent tangling.
Drying
Hang dry. Leave your hat to hang-dry naturally — tumble dry or high heat can warp the brim, shrink the recycled nylon, and break down the embroidery stitching.
Brim Care
The brim is the most delicate part of the hat. Reshape while damp after washing and store so the brim isn't crushed or folded — long-term compression can crease the brim permanently.
Sweatband Care
The branded sweatband absorbs sweat and salt over time. Frequent washing (per the care instructions) keeps the band fresh and prevents odor buildup during multi-day use.
Chin Strap Hardware
Inspect the adjustable chin strap buckle and cord lock before each trip. Clear debris and re-thread if the cord has shifted inside the channel.
Storage
For travel and pack stashing, fold into the internal pocket as designed. For at-home storage, rest the hat on a flat surface or hang from a wide hook so the brim doesn't crease.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
