Flexfit® Technology
Flexfit® technology provides premium fit through a stretchable sweatband and structured crown panels — gives that fitted-but-flexible feel of a true Flexfit cap without needing an adjustable closure.
Deep, Roomy Fit
Deep fit with a roomier, full-coverage design that sits lower on the head than a standard trucker — covers more of the forehead, feels more substantial, and wears naturally without feeling tight.
Fully Recycled Front Panel & Brim
Front-panel and brim fabric made with 100% recycled polyester — a fully recycled construction on the most visible part of the hat, with a significantly lower environmental footprint than virgin polyester.
Mesh Side & Back Panels
Mesh side and back panels provide airflow across the head and sides — keeps the cap cool in summer sun and prevents the sweatband from feeling stuffy on hot days.
Two-Size Fitted Construction
Fitted in back with two sizes available (S/M and L/XL) — gives a secure, dialed-in fit without the floppy look of a snapback strap, and the Flexfit band absorbs the small size differences inside each size range.
Logo Graphic Patch + Embroidered Back Logo
Logo graphic patch on the front adds a fresh, branded look while an embroidered logo on the back panel rounds out the design — clean front-facing branding and a subtle back signature.

Cleaning
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap for everyday wear. For a deeper clean, hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent — avoid machine washing or machine drying, which can warp the brim, damage the Flexfit® sweatband construction, and degrade the elastane in the mesh panels.
Drying
Reshape the brim with your hands while damp and air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. Stuff the crown lightly with a clean towel to help the hat hold shape as it dries.
Avoid
Skip bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh stain removers — these coat the Flexfit® sweatband fibers and can degrade the elasticity of the sweatband and the side/back mesh panels over time. Don't iron the brim or the front graphic patch.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading of the front graphic patch and embroidered logos. Avoid crushing the brim under heavy items — flatten or hang to keep the shape intact between wears.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
