Sirrus X 3.0
Sirrus X 3.0
Fitness / Gravel Bike · Aluminum · Shimano Cues 11-Speed · 1.6 lb lighter than 2.0

Offering an unprecedented combination of comfort, efficiency, and nimble handling, the Sirrus X excels on pavement, dirt, and any terrain in between. With bigger, confidence-inspiring tires, a slightly more upright riding position, and a super intuitive one-by drivetrain, the Sirrus X provides the smoothest ride in its class. Like all Specialized performance bikes, the geometry of each frame is uniquely crafted using their Rider-First Engineered™ philosophy — each tube size is specifically selected to achieve the optimal balance of rigidity, weight, and responsiveness, ensuring that no matter what size you're riding, you experience the world's best ride. Class-leading light weight, exceptional pedaling efficiency, and steering precision merge for confident, nearly telepathic handling characteristics.

A1 Premium Aluminum Frame
Specialized A1 Premium Aluminum frame with butted tubing and internal cable routing — Specialized's mid-tier aluminum that's both lightweight and durable, with the cables tucked inside the frame for a clean look, protection from the elements, and reduced cable rub. The butted tubing reduces weight in low-stress areas while keeping strength where it matters.
Rider-First Engineered™ Geometry
Each frame size uses its own unique tube sizing, specifically selected to achieve the optimal balance of rigidity, weight, and responsiveness — guarantees that every rider, regardless of frame size, gets the same world-class ride quality that Specialized builds into their performance bikes.
1.6 lb Lighter Than Sirrus X 2.0
Significant weight savings over the previous-generation Sirrus X 2.0 — the redesigned A1 alloy frame and added A1 alloy fork drop 1.6 lb (0.8 kg) of weight, making the Sirrus X 3.0 faster on climbs, more responsive on the flats, and easier to handle in technical terrain than its predecessor.
A1 Alloy Fork
A1 Premium Aluminum fork with flat-mount disc and Plug + Play fender mounts plus low-rider rack mounts — replaces the rigid fork on the 2.0 with a purpose-built gravel-touring fork that adds high-speed control and the ability to mount a rack or fenders for commuting.
Wide 700x40c Pathfinder Tires
Wide 700x40c Pathfinder tires — ideal for mastering variable terrain from smooth pavement to chunky gravel, providing traction and comfort off the beaten path without sacrificing efficiency on the road. Wirebead construction keeps the price point accessible while still delivering the tread design Specialized uses on its higher-end tubeless-ready setups.
Shimano Cues 11-Speed Drivetrain
Wide-range 1x11 Shimano Cues drivetrain with an 11-50T cassette gives excellent range on any road — single chainring up front simplifies shifting, reduces weight, and cuts maintenance compared to a double or triple crankset, while the massive 11-50T range covers steep climbs and fast descents without compromise.
Tektro Hydraulic Disc Brakes
Tektro 2-piston hydraulic disc brakes deliver reliable, consistent stopping power on pavement and loose surfaces — confident modulation for technical descents, predictable lever feel in wet weather, and the durability needed for daily commuting and all-season training miles.
Premium Two-Piece Crankset
Prowheel Alloy two-piece crankset — premium construction that pairs with the hydraulic disc brakes for enhanced braking power and durability in tough conditions, and the two-piece design holds up better to hard pedaling loads than a traditional three-piece square-taper crankset.
Slightly Upright Riding Position
Slightly more upright riding position than a road bike — takes pressure off the lower back, neck, and wrists for long commutes and weekend rides, while still being aggressive enough for efficient fitness riding and confident gravel-road handling.
Plug + Play Fender/Rack Compatibility
Frame and fork feature Plug + Play rack and fender mounts — ready to bolt on fenders for wet-weather commuting or a rack for groceries and gear without aftermarket bracket work, making the Sirrus X 3.0 a true do-everything fitness/gravel hybrid.
