Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild technical wash — close the pocket zippers and any hook-and-loop before tossing it in.

Wash with similar colors. Turn the parka inside-out to protect the DRYVENT™ 3L face fabric and the heat transfer logo.

Tumble dry on low heat for 20-30 minutes to reactivate the non-PFC DWR finish — heat is essential to keep water beading on the surface rather than saturating the face fabric.

Do not bleach, do not use fabric softener, and do not use dryer sheets — all three can coat the DRYVENT™ membrane and degrade the waterproof + breathable performance.

Do not iron, do not dry clean, and do not wring the parka when wet — wringing can damage the seam-sealing tape and the DRYVENT™ membrane bond.

Re-apply a non-PFC DWR spray-on treatment (like Nikwax TX Direct or Granger's Performance Repel) after several washes or whenever water stops beading on the surface — refreshes the water-shedding performance and extends the life of the membrane underneath.

Hang the parka on a wide hanger to dry fully between uses — never store damp to prevent mildew and to preserve the seam-sealing tape at the most stress-prone joints.

Periodically inspect the seam tape (especially at the shoulders and hood) for lifting or peeling — small issues can be repaired with a seam-seal repair kit (like Gear Aid Seam Grip + WP5) before they become leaks.

Store the parka hanging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid long-term compression in a stuff sack, which can damage the DRYVENT™ membrane and the seam tape.

Returns & Exchanges:
