We built the Women's Valley View Jacket for the trail. Equipped with seam-sealed DRYVENT™ fabric and a water-repellent finish, this jacket helps keep wet weather at bay no matter the forecast. Adjustable cuffs, pit-zip venting, and water-resistant zippers give this versatile layer the functionality of a jacket born for the elements. Washing
Close all zippers and fastenings before washing. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle using a technical fabric wash (such as Nikwax Tech Wash). Do not use regular detergent, bleach, or fabric softener — they will degrade the DWR finish and membrane.
Drying
Tumble dry low heat for 20–30 minutes to reactivate the DWR finish. Hang to dry if needed. Do not wring.
DWR Refresh
When water stops beading on the face fabric, reproof with a spray-on or wash-in DWR treatment (such as Nikwax TX Direct) to restore water repellency.
Ironing
Do not iron.
Dry Cleaning
Do not dry clean.
Storage
Hang on a wide hanger or store loosely folded. Avoid long-term compression. Ensure the jacket is fully dry before storing to prevent mildew.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
