The lightweight, waterproof Women’s THERMOBALL™ Lace Up Luxe Waterproof Boots are secure-fitting, durable and warm boots with THERMOBALL™ insulation and modern details such as oversize hardware and chunky laces. Our waterproof footwear incorporates a variety of advanced waterproofing materials, treatments, and processes. To help keep feet dry, we use internal waterproof membranes and adhesive and seam-seal constructions.

Cleaning
Remove loose dirt with a soft brush. Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Do not machine wash or tumble dry — this can damage the DryVent™ membrane, the OrthoLite® footbed, and the faux-fur collar.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. Remove the insole and loosen the laces to allow airflow. Stuff loosely with paper to maintain shape while drying.
DWR Re-Proofing
When water no longer beads on the upper, refresh the non-PFC DWR finish with a PFC-free spray-on or spray-in re-proofing treatment, applied to a clean, dry upper and cured per the product instructions.
Outsole Care
Clear mud, salt, and debris from the lugs with a stiff brush after each use to preserve traction and prevent long-term buildup that can degrade the rubber compound.
Lacing & Hardware
Untie the laces fully each time you remove the boots to avoid stress on the oversize metal hardware. Wipe the eyelets and laces with a dry cloth after wet wear to prevent corrosion.
Faux-Fur Collar
Brush the faux-fur collar gently with a soft-bristle brush in the direction of the fibers after drying. Do not use heat — heat can mat or melt synthetic fur fibers.
OrthoLite® Footbed
Pull the footbed out periodically to air dry. Replace the footbed when cushioning is compressed if you wear the boots daily.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Loosely lace or stuff with paper to maintain shape. Avoid prolonged compression in a tightly packed bag.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
