Women's Plus Osito Jacket
Women's Plus Osito Jacket
Raschel Fleece · Cool-Weather Layering

The impossibly soft Women's Plus Osito Jacket, made with a 100% recycled fabric, provides instant, cool-weather coverage in extended sizing. A stand-up collar and silken raschel fleece help keep the cold out and the comfort in. As one of our Circular Design styles, it's built to be more easily broken down and turned into new gear at the end of its usable life — a plush, cozy layer designed for real wear, real warmth, and a real end-of-life plan.

Silken raschel fleece
Soft, high-pile Silken raschel fleece for an impossibly soft hand-feel — the "impossibly soft" texture that makes the Osito a customer favorite
Circular Design
Circular Design — thoughtfully designed to be disassembled and recycled by TNF at the end of its life into raw materials for a second generation of products, closing the material loop
100% recycled body
Body fabric made with 100% recycled polyester — high-pile raschel fleece constructed entirely from recycled materials for a more sustainable layering piece
Double-layer stand collar
Double-layer stand collar helps keep the cold out and locks in warmth at the neck — no drafts on cool mornings, layered or on its own
Full-length CFZ with draft flap
Full-length center front zip with an internal draft flap — clean front for venting on the move, full coverage when zipped
Covered secure-zip hand pockets
Covered, secure-zip hand pockets with a knotted cord puller — easy-to-grab pulls even with gloves, secure storage for phone and keys
Elastic-bound cuffs
Elastic-bound cuffs seal in warmth at the wrist without binding — easy to push up when active, no cold air sneaking in
Embroidered logos
Embroidered logo on left chest and back-right shoulder — durable marks that won't crack or peel like printed graphics
Plus sizing
Plus sizing (1X, 2X, 3X) designed for real fit, comfort, and range of motion — not a scaled-up version of the standard jacket
Regular fit
Regular fit layers cleanly over a base layer and under a shell without compressing the raschel fleece loft

Sustainability

Circular Design
Designed to be disassembled and recycled by TNF at end of life into raw materials for a second generation of products
Recycled Content
Body fabric made with 100% recycled polyester
Washing
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors using a mild technical-fabric detergent. Close all zips to protect the high-pile raschel fleece. Avoid chlorine bleach and fabric softener — softener can coat the recycled fibers and reduce the impossibly soft hand-feel over time.
Drying
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. The high-pile raschel fleece is quick-drying — typically dry in a single low-heat cycle or overnight on a hanger.
Pile Care
High-pile fleece can mat down at high-friction zones (under pack straps, around the hem, under a seatbelt) after extended wear. Brush gently with a soft-bristle brush to restore the lofty pile and the silken hand-feel.
Stain & Trail Care
Pre-treat mud, food, and pet stains with a dab of mild detergent before washing. Rinse thoroughly to keep the 100% recycled fibers working at full loft.
Knotted Cord Pullers
Check the knotted cord pullers on the covered hand pockets periodically. The knots can loosen with heavy use — re-tie as needed to keep the pulls easy to grab with gloves.
Circular Design Lifecycle
At end of life, return the jacket to TNF's Circular Design take-back program where the 100% recycled body can be broken down and recycled into raw materials for a second generation of products — closes the material loop on the entire jacket.
Storage
Fold loosely in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Hanging can stretch the high-pile fleece over time, especially at the shoulders; folding preserves the loft and the silken hand-feel.

Passion drives us

At SpokeX Bike Co., bikes aren't just our business — they’re our way of life. As a rider-owned and operated shop, every decision we make comes from firsthand experience on the trail, at the race, and on the open road. We know what it’s like to chase a new line, push through the pain cave, and celebrate the ride — because we live it every day.
