Washing
Machine wash cold with like colors. Turn the joggers inside out and close the leg-pocket zip before washing. Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and harsh detergents — they degrade the polyester fibers and can cause pilling on the brushed fleece back.
Drying
Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Skip high heat — it can damage the elastic in the waistband and cause the brushed-back fleece to mat down or shrink.
Pilling & Lint
Brushed polyester fleece can pill with heavy abrasion. Wash inside out in a mesh laundry bag to reduce friction. Use a fabric shaver to refresh the brushed interior if pilling develops.
Storage
Fold flat in a dry drawer. Hang on a wide hanger if preferred — avoid thin wire hangers that can stretch the elasticated waistband out of shape. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fade.
