DRYVENT™ 2L Waterproofing
Proprietary DRYVENT™ 2L construction provides a barrier to rain and snow for dryness in wet-weather hiking, commuting, and travel — sealed seams keep water out where it counts.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a technical outerwear wash (e.g., Nikwax Tech Wash) — avoid regular detergent, which strips the DWR finish.

Close all zippers and Velcro before washing to prevent damage to the face fabric and waterproof zippers.

Tumble dry low for 20–30 minutes to reactivate the durable water repellent finish; or iron on low heat with a cloth barrier.

Re-treat the DWR finish periodically with a DRYVENT-approved spray-on or wash-in restorer when water stops beading on the surface.

Do not bleach, dry clean, or use fabric softener — solvents and softeners degrade the DRYVENT membrane and seam tape.

Store hung or loosely folded in a dry, dark place; avoid prolonged compression that can damage the membrane and laminate over time.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
