Made with 600-fill recycled down insulation and fully recycled body fabric, this bag features an insulated hood and cinch collar to help keep the chill out.

Washing
Use a down-specific wash (such as Nikwax Down Wash or Grangers Down Wash) in a front-loading washer on a gentle cycle with warm water. Do not use regular detergent, bleach, or fabric softener — they strip the natural oils from down and ruin loft.
Drying
Tumble dry on LOW heat for several hours with 2–3 clean tennis balls or dryer balls. The balls break up down clumps and restore loft. The bag must be completely dry before storage — trapped moisture causes mildew and down rot.
Storage
Store UNCOMPRESSED in a large cotton or mesh storage sack in a cool, dry place. Long-term compression in the stuff sack ruins down loft and permanently reduces warmth.
Spot Cleaning
For small stains, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the bag unnecessarily.
Dry Cleaning
Professional cleaning is acceptable if needed.
DWR Refresh
When the shell stops beading water, reproof with a spray-on DWR treatment (such as Nikwax TX Direct Spray-On) to restore water repellency without soaking the down fill.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
