Mountain 25 Tent
Mountain 25 Tent
2-Person Mountaineering · 4-Season · DAC Poles · 5000 mm Floor · Fly-Only Pitch · 4.45 kg Total / 4 kg Trail · 8 Internal Pockets · 4 Snow Stakes Included

The Mountain 25 is a two-person mountaineering tent built for extreme durability, plentiful internal storage, and high-mountain protection in a lightweight package. Engineered for four-season alpine conditions — high winds, heavy snow loads, and sustained winter storms — it comes complete with high-strength reflective guy lines and snow stakes so you can set up camp on rock, ice, or snow no matter the terrain.

Made Without Flame-Retardant Coating
Built without flame-retardant coatings — fewer chemicals and a healthier sleep environment in close quarters, without compromising the structural strength needed for serious mountaineering use.
Lightweight Nylon Rainfly & Canopy
A lightweight nylon rainfly and canopy keep total pack weight down — premium alpine protection without the bulk of heavier expedition shelters.
Fully Taped Cut-In Nylon Bucket Floor
A fully taped, cut-in nylon bucket floor adds structural strength and complete waterproofing — the bathtub shape turns up the walls to seal out standing water, melting snow, and spindrift.
Dual Doors & Poled Dual-Entry Vestibule
Dual doors with a poled dual-entry front vestibule give each occupant their own entry and gear storage — no more climbing over a partner at 2 AM, and the poled vestibule keeps covered space for boots, packs, and cooking.
High-Strength Reflective Guylines
High-strength reflective guylines with equalizers at multiple attachment points keep the shelter locked down in high winds — reflective strands stay visible to headlamps for safer after-dark navigation around camp.
DAC Poles & Stakes
DAC poles and stakes deliver an impressive strength-to-weight ratio — the industry-standard for high-end mountaineering tents, with the strength needed to hold snow loads and shrug off gusts.
High-Low Venting
High-low venting with multiple venting options throughout the tent moves air from bottom to top — pushes warm, moist breath out and prevents condensation buildup during extended winter bivies.
Glow-in-the-Dark Zipper Pulls
Glow-in-the-dark, color-coded zipper pulls make entries and exits easy in the dark — color coding keeps doors straight so you never crawl into the vestibule instead of the sleeping area.
Eight Internal Pockets
Eight internal pockets plus dedicated stuff pockets for the tent doors keep gear organized and off the floor — quick access to headlamp, water bottle, gloves, and goggles without searching.
Internal Hanger Loops
Plentiful internal hanger loops let you dry wet gear, hang a lantern, or string a clothesline — turns the tent into a livable base for storm days and long alpine pushes.
Four Snow Stakes Included
Four snow stakes come in the bag — deadman-style anchors built for high-alpine snow platforms, with the holding power to keep the shelter planted in heavy snow load and high winds.
Pole Sleeves & Clips Combined
A combination of pole sleeves and clips maximizes strength and ease of pitch — sleeves add rigidity where the structure needs it most, while clips let you snap the rainfly on quickly.
Fly-Only Pitching Option
A fly-only pitching option lets you set up just the rainfly and footprint for fast-and-light trips — saves weight when the forecast is clear and you want to extend your range.
Welded Reinforcements
Welded reinforcements at critical points on the rainfly boost durability where stress concentrates — the high-stress seams stay sealed through repeated pitch cycles and severe weather.

What's Included
In Box
1 × Mountain 25 Tent · DAC pole set · DAC stakes · 4 × snow stakes · Reflective guylines · Stuff sack

Always dry the tent thoroughly before packing — storing damp fabric leads to mildew, coating degradation, and weakened seams. If you have to pack wet, set it up at home to dry fully as soon as possible.

Clean the rainfly, canopy, and floor with a soft sponge or cloth, lukewarm water, and a small amount of mild non-detergent soap (like Nikwax Tech Wash or Granger's Performance Cleaner) — never use household detergent, which can strip the PU/silicone coating and the non-PFC DWR finish.

Re-seam any worn or leaking seams with a seam-sealer (like Silnet or AquaSeal) before your next trip — small leaks in the floor or rainfly become big problems in sustained rain or wet snow.

Re-apply a non-PFC DWR spray-on treatment (like Nikwax TX Direct or Granger's Performance Repel) to the rainfly every few seasons, or whenever water stops beading on the surface — restores the water-shedding performance without compromising breathability.

Inspect the DAC poles, ferrules, and shock cord before each trip for cracks, dents, and worn elastics — replace damaged sections promptly to avoid a catastrophic failure in a storm.

Check guylines, tensioners, and stake loops for abrasion, fraying, or UV damage — replace guylines seasonally if you use the tent often, since UV is the silent killer of cordage strength.

Store the tent loose (not in its compression sack) in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area — long-term compression can weaken the PU coating on the floor and shorten the fabric's waterproof life.

Keep the tent away from open flame and high heat sources — the no-flame-retardant construction means the fabric will burn if exposed, and high heat can melt the PU coating.

Use only the included DAC stakes or compatible replacements — non-DAC stakes may not fit the grommets and can damage the floor or stake pockets during pitch.
