This jacket is built with THERMOBALL™ insulation for reliable warmth (even when wet) and abrasion-resistant Pertex® Quantum for loft and enhanced thermal performance. Engineered for mobility, the fabric's four-way stretch allows you to move, without restriction, towards your next objective — whether that's a shoulder-season summit push, a windy ridge traverse, or a high-output winter day on the trail.

Washing
Close all zippers before washing. Machine wash cold with like colors using a mild technical-fabric detergent. Avoid chlorine bleach and fabric softener — softener can coat the THERMOBALL™ fibers and reduce loft and warmth.
Drying
Tumble dry on low heat with 2–3 clean tennis balls or dryer balls to break up insulation clumps and restore THERMOBALL™ loft. Do not iron.
Pertex® Quantum Care
Pertex® Quantum ripstop is durable but lightweight. Avoid contact with Velcro®, sharp crampon points, and abrasive rock that can snag the fine yarn structure.
Stow & Storage
Stow the jacket in its chest pocket for trail use. For long-term storage, keep it loosely folded or hanging in a cool, dry place — avoid prolonged compression in a stuff sack which crushes THERMOBALL™ channels and reduces loft.
Zipper Care
Keep the center front zip, hand pocket zips, and chin guard clean and free of debris. Lubricate occasionally with a graphite-free stick or beeswax if they begin to stick.
Stain Care
Pre-treat oil, mud, and food stains with a dab of mild detergent before washing. Rinse thoroughly to keep the THERMOBALL™ and stretch panels working at full performance.
Layering Use
When using as a midlayer under a shell, the regular fit and elastic-bound hem layer cleanly without binding. When using as outerwear, the Pertex® Quantum shell blocks wind and light precip on its own.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
