Washing
Machine wash cold with like colors. Turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect any buttons or print. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener — it coats the FLASHDRY™ wicking fibers and degrades the LIGHTRANGE™ sun protection performance.
Drying
Tumble dry low or hang to dry. FLASHDRY™ fabric dries quickly on its own — air drying extends the life of the wicking finish and the LIGHTRANGE™ UV protection.
UPF Care
LIGHTRANGE™ sun protection is built into the fabric itself, not a chemical coating. To preserve the UV protection, avoid harsh detergents, bleach, and prolonged UV exposure when stored. The UPF rating will not wash out with normal care cycles.
Button Care
The button-down front has classic shirt buttons — reinforce loose buttons before they fall off. Carry a small sewing kit for travel if you're hard on shirts. Hand-wash the button area if food stains set in before general washing.
Ironing
Iron on low heat if needed. The LIGHTRANGE™ and FLASHDRY™ tech handles low heat fine. Iron inside-out to protect any print and avoid shine on dark colors. Skip the starch — it can clog the FLASHDRY™ wicking fibers.
Stain Care
Pre-treat sweat, food, and grass stains with a dab of liquid detergent before washing. Town-to-trail shirts see heavy use — treat stains promptly for best results.
Storage
Hang on a wide hanger or fold neatly. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV exposure during storage can degrade the LIGHTRANGE™ UV protection over time.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
