Washing
Machine wash cold with like colors. Turn the hoodie inside out before washing to protect the printed graphic. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener — it coats the FlashDry™ wicking fibers and the UPF treatment, killing both performance features.
Drying
Tumble dry on low heat. Remove promptly to minimize wrinkles. The synthetic knit dries fast on its own — high heat can damage stretch recovery and graphic adhesion.
Print Care
Always turn inside out before washing. Wash with similar colors to avoid dye transfer onto the graphic. Avoid ironing directly on the print — if needed, iron on reverse with a cloth barrier.
UPF Care
UPF protection is built into the fabric itself — it doesn't wash out with normal cycles. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners (bleach, chlorine) that can degrade the UV-blocking treatment.
Stretch Care
The 8% elastane gives four-way stretch. Tumble dry low and avoid high heat which breaks down the elastic fibers and reduces recovery over time.
Storage
Fold and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV exposure during storage can fade the graphic and degrade the UPF treatment over time.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
