DWR Treatment
Non-PFC durable water-repellent finish (no perfluorinated chemicals)
Washing
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle in a front-loading washer with mild technical-fabric detergent. Top-loaders with agitators can damage insulation and baffles.
Drying
Tumble dry on low heat with 2–3 clean tennis balls or dryer balls to break up insulation clumps and restore loft. Air dry completely before storage to prevent mildew and odor.
Storage
Store loosely in the included storage bag in a cool, dry place. Avoid long-term compression (stuff sacks) which crushes the THERMOBALL™ insulation and permanently reduces loft.
Spot Cleaning
Spot clean small stains with mild soap and a damp cloth to extend time between full washes. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach which can damage the DWR finish on the face fabric.
DWR Refresh
Non-PFC DWR on the face fabric wears off with heavy use. Re-treat periodically with a spray-on DWR designed for sleeping bag face fabrics to maintain surface water beading and breathability.
Insulation Care
If the bag loses loft or feels flat after years of use, a full wash + tumble dry with dryer balls usually restores it. Persistent clumping may mean it's time to retire the bag for car-camp use only.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
