Washing
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Fasten all zips to prevent snagging the WINDWALL™ ripstop and turn the jacket inside out to protect the heat-transfer logos.
Detergent
Use a mild detergent. Avoid chlorine bleach and fabric softener — softener can coat the WINDWALL™ fibers and reduce wind-blocking performance.
Drying
Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Reshape the elastic-bound hem and cuffs while damp. Do not iron.
DWR Refresh
Non-PFC DWR wears off with heavy use. Re-treat periodically with a spray-on DWR designed for technical nylon/polyester ripstop to maintain surface water beading.
Stain & Trail Care
Pre-treat playground mud, grass, food, and grease stains with a dab of mild detergent before washing. Rinse thoroughly to keep the WINDWALL™ and stretch working at full performance.
Hood & Elastic
Check the three-piece hood elastic and the binding on the cuffs + hem periodically. If binding starts to fray, retire the jacket from high-abuse use to extend its life.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Hanging on a wide hanger preserves the shoulder shape and prevents the elastic binding from creasing.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
