Non-PFC durable water-repellent finish on boot (no perfluorinated chemicals)
Cleaning
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid machine washing or harsh detergents which can damage the PVC coating and the non-PFC DWR finish.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not tumble dry — high heat can delaminate the PVC coating and warp the straps and buckles.
PVC Coating Care
The 1000D body has a PVC coating for structure and water resistance. Avoid contact with sharp objects, crampon points, and Velcro® which can puncture or abrade the coating over time.
DWR Refresh
Non-PFC DWR on the boot wears off with heavy use. Re-treat the bottom panel periodically with a spray-on DWR designed for technical backpacks to maintain surface water beading.
Hardware Check
Inspect the side compression buckles, daisy-chain webbing, shoulder strap clips, and backpack-strap attachment points before each trip. Clear debris and re-thread any loose webbing to keep the 3 carry modes switching cleanly.
Interior Care
Empty and shake out the tote after each use. Wipe the interior with a damp cloth to clear crumbs, sand, and grit that can abrade the PVC coating over time.
Storage
Store loosely in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Long-term compression or folding can crease the PVC coating over time; hang from the carry handles or store flat if possible.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
