Body fabric made with 92% recycled polyester
Washing
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors using a baby-safe, fragrance-free detergent. Turn the hoodie inside out to protect the printed graphic and reduce pilling on the outer face. Wash before first wear to remove any residual finishes.
Detergent
Use a mild, baby-safe detergent. Avoid chlorine bleach, fabric softener, and dryer sheets — softener can coat the FLASHDRY-XD™ fibers and reduce the moisture management performance.
Drying
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Reshape the three-piece hood while damp. Make sure the hoodie is completely dry before storing to prevent mildew.
Stain & Spit-up Care
Pre-treat spit-up, baby food, and diaper-bag stains with a dab of baby-safe detergent before washing. Rinse thoroughly to keep the recycled fibers and FLASHDRY-XD™ working at full performance.
UPF Care
UPF protection is built into the fabric and does not wash out, but the finish degrades with bleach, harsh detergents, and stretching. Avoid fabric softener and store folded.
Safety Check
Inspect the hood, set-in sleeve seams, and printed graphic for any loose threads, fraying, or detached elements before each wear. Baby clothing is subject to extra wear and tear — retire the hoodie for play-clothes use if it develops any damage that could pose a hazard.
Storage
Fold and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV exposure degrades UPF performance over time, even on a stored garment. Keep away from any heat sources that could damage the elastane.
Out & About
Great for stroller walks, baby carrier hikes, beach trips, and family outings. Layer under a baby bunting or jacket in cold weather, or wear on its own in mild conditions.
