Split-Case Design

Opens into two equal compartments (like a clamshell suitcase) instead of top-loading like a duffel — zippered mesh divider keeps clean/dirty or paired items separated without unpacking everything.

Spot Cleaning

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap for everyday marks. Avoid harsh solvents and bleach — they degrade the TPU coating and PU lining.

Washing

Hand wash cold in a basin with mild detergent if necessary. Avoid machine washing — agitation and heat can delaminate the TPU coating and distort the molded EVA back panel.

Drying

Air dry at room temperature with the main compartment unzipped open. Do not tumble dry — heat damages the TPU coating and can warp the molded back panel.

Wheel Care

Periodically clear debris (hair, fabric threads, gravel) from the wheel axles — trapped debris is the #1 cause of roller-bag failure. A quick visual inspection after each trip extends wheel life.

Handle Care

Keep the telescoping handle clean and dry. A periodic silicone spray on the telescoping rails prevents sticking — wipe down after travel in dusty or sandy environments.

DWR Refresh

Re-treat with a PFAS-free / C0 DWR spray when water stops beading on the surface. Air dry after re-treating to let the finish bond to the fibers.

Ironing & Heat

Do not iron. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight — UV degrades the TPU coating and weakens the DWR finish over time.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, fully unzipped and with the telescoping handle collapsed. For long-term storage, stuff the main compartment with tissue paper or air pillows to maintain the EVA back-panel shape.
