The Women's Offtrail TR GORE-TEX® are adventure-ready shoes built to excel in technical off-trail environments, so you can go further, faster. They feature waterproof membranes, protective toe caps, high-rebound midsoles for on-trail cushioning and SURFACE CTRL™ rubber outsoles with 5 mm lugs for exceptional grip on varied terrain. Our waterproof footwear incorporates a variety of advanced waterproofing materials, treatments, and processes. To help keep feet dry, we use internal waterproof membranes and/or adhesive and seam-seal constructions.

Cleaning
Remove loose dirt with a soft brush. Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Do not machine wash.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. Remove insoles and loosen laces to allow airflow.
Waterproofing Refresh
To restore water repellency over time, apply a PFAS-free, GORE-TEX-compatible waterproofing treatment to the upper, following the product's instructions.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use shoe trees or stuff with paper to help maintain shape during long-term storage.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
