Close all zippers. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild, technical-fabric detergent. Do not bleach or use fabric softener.
Drying
Tumble dry low with a few clean tennis balls to help restore loft. Remove promptly.
DWR Refresh
To restore water repellency over time, tumble dry low for a few minutes or apply a PFAS-free, technical-fabric waterproofing treatment.
Storage
Store loosely in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid prolonged compression to preserve insulation loft.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
