Cleaning
Machine wash cold with similar colors. Use a mild detergent. Do not bleach or use fabric softeners — they break down the FLASHDRY™ and DWR finish over time.
Drying
Tumble dry low to help reactivate the DWR finish. Remove promptly. Do not iron directly on the embroidered logo.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and preserve the DWR finish.
Drawcord Care
Loosen the waistband and leg drawcords fully before washing to prevent the elastic channels from creasing or the drawcords from tangling.
DWR Refresh
If water stops beading on the surface, refresh the DWR finish with a spray-on or wash-in technical reproofer designed for stretch woven nylon.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
