The waterproof outer layer is snap-in compatible with a water-repellent fleece liner jacket, giving you three different ways to maintain your comfort and coverage. Cleaning
Close all zippers and detach the inner liner. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Do not bleach or use fabric softener.
Drying
Tumble dry low on the outer shell to reactivate the DWR finish. The fleece liner can be tumble dried on low or hung to dry.
Waterproofing Refresh
To restore water repellency on the outer shell over time, apply a PFAS-free, technical-fabric waterproofing treatment, following the product's instructions.
Storage
Store the layers separately or snapped together in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid prolonged compression to preserve membrane performance.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
