 RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES


It is our aim to provide a hassle free return or exchange service for all of our SpokeX customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your item you may return or exchange it within 15 days from the purchase date. With the exception of all Bikes, Custom Wheels, Non-Regular Stock items, and Non-Refundable items such as using ShopPay.

Return shipping is not provided for online orders unless we shipped the wrong item to you or the item is defective. If the item is damaged upon arrival please contact us immediately and we will open a claim with the shipping/carrier company. Please contact a manager at SpokeX Bike Co at info@spokex.com or by phone at 951-506-9181 to discuss your return.


Return Policy Details – Non-Custom Bicycles:

  • No Returns on any Bike Purchase
  • No exceptions.

Return Policy Details - Custom and Special Order Bicycles:

  • No Returns or Exchanges are accepted on any Custom Bicycles or Special Order Bicycles either picked up in store or shipped to the customer.
  • No exceptions.

Return Policy Details - Custom Wheel Orders

  • No Returns or Exchanges are accepted on any Custom Wheel Orders either picked up in store or shipped to the customer.
  • No exceptions.

Return Policy Details - Non-Bicycle and Non-Wheel items:

Returns of all items must be made within 15 days from date of purchase for a full refund not including return shipping charges, in accordance with our return policy below.


  • Returns of non-bicycle items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and must include all small parts and instructions.
  • When you contact SpokeX Bike Co for a Return Authorization, you will be provided a return shipping label for your non-bicycle items. You must use this label to return your items.
  • Returns of non-bicycle items that are missing small parts, are otherwise incomplete, or which do not have a valid Return Authorization will be refused and you will have to pay shipping for the item to be returned to you or forfeit the item.
  • We do not accept returns on items purchased from third party retailers.
  • A return shipping charge will be deducted on returns of all non-bicycle items.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after product has been received and inspected. Typically, this will be within 10 business days, which is subject to change based on bank timelines and holidays.
