Regular Fit
Regular fit through the body — cut with enough room to layer over a long-sleeve thermal on a cool morning or to wear solo on a hot afternoon at camp. The regular cut moves with the body through recess, dodgeball, and the hike to the trailhead, and it doesn't cling, which kids notice more than adults do. Sized to be lived in, not sized to be dressed up.
Short, Set-In Sleeves
Short, set-in sleeves constructed with a shoulder seam that sits at the natural shoulder line, rather than the dropped-shoulder construction of a vintage tee. The set-in sleeve gives the tee a cleaner silhouette, allows more room through the chest for movement, and lets the arm swing through a full range of motion without the shoulder seam pulling across the neck. Ribbed Crewneck

Machine Wash
Machine wash cold with like colors. Use a mild detergent. Turn the tee inside out to protect any logo or graphic on the chest. Wash with similar fabrics to avoid pilling from rougher materials like denim or canvas. Cold water preserves the cotton fibers, prevents shrinking, and uses less energy than a warm cycle.
Tumble Dry Low
Tumble dry on low heat, or hang dry. Remove from the dryer promptly to minimize wrinkles. High heat will shrink the cotton and weaken the ribbed crewneck. Low heat or line drying extends the life of the tee and the graphic — a cotton kids' tee that gets line-dried can outlast three tees that get hot-tumbled.
Iron
Iron on low heat if needed. Avoid ironing directly over any logo or graphic on the chest — use a pressing cloth or iron the tee inside out. High heat on a screen print can melt or distort the ink and cause it to crack or peel over time.
Do Not Bleach
Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softener. Bleach breaks down cotton fibers and fades any logo or graphic. Fabric softener coats the cotton fibers with a film that reduces breathability and absorbs moisture less effectively. A mild detergent and a proper wash cycle handle dirt, grass stains, and playground grime without either chemical.
Pre-Soak Stains
Pre-soak grass, mud, or food stains in a mild detergent solution before washing — the longer a stain sits through a hot dryer cycle, the more permanent it becomes. A 30-minute pre-soak in cold water with a small amount of detergent will lift most playground stains without needing bleach. For tough stains, an oxygen-based stain remover (not chlorine bleach) applied to the spot before washing handles the rest.
Storage
Fold and store in a cool, dry place. Hang on a wide wooden or padded hanger if hanging, to avoid stretching the ribbed crewneck or distorting the shoulder seams. A standard wire hanger can leave pointed shoulder bumps on a regular-fit tee — folding is usually the better call for a kid's everyday layer.
