I recently ordered a set of custom spokes from SpokeX Bike Co., and I couldn’t be more impressed. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. This crew truly understands the importance of communication and customer care.
During my order, they ran into an unexpected hiccup when their paint gun malfunctioned. Instead of leaving me wondering, they immediately reached out to explain the situation and kept me updated every step of the way. The delay was only two days, and my order was quickly completed and shipped right after.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and genuine interest in my bike setup. After describing the color combination of my bike, wheels, and new rims, they suggested pink powder-coated spokes with blue nipples, and wow, what a perfect recommendation! The result looks incredible.

Love this wheel set had hunter throw these on my new santa cruz bullit build and theyre freaking awesome! Got these paired with the i9 hydra2 hub. Honestly couldnt ask for a better wheel setup!

Spokex went above and beyond did a full custom job on my new bullit. If you need a new bike hit up hunter hell get you dialed in. Now for a review of the bike had them put maven ultimates, podium fork, dhx2 rear shock this thing plows down the hill and will take anything you throw at it im loving this build!! Even got the carbon spokex wheel set and boy are they sweet! I wouldnt go to anyone else if you need a new bike, next build i get i will definitely be hitting hunter back up.

I can't say enough about the staff here. Riders taking care of fellow Riders! I have a big trip planned and at the last minute I made the decision to buy a Transition on sale. In my haste, we had zero time to get me the bike in time for my flight and the folks at SpokeX literally moved heaven and earth and made it happen. Kept in contact with me along the way and built me a sick bike just in time. Very thankful for them. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Huge THANKS to Hunter and the SpokeX team. I’m in Northern California and was looking all over for the 2025 Santa Cruz Heckler SL in the new Matte Dark Blue. Well SpokeX was one of the few places that had one due to arrive in the build and size I wanted. I needed it delivered in less than a week for a planned ride in Tahoe. Hunter and team took care of me. They went out of their way to call Santa Cruz and track the status of the bike, build it and ship it to me just in time for my trip. Hunter kept me updated all along the way. I highly recommend SpokeX especially if you are buying a bike online. Hunter took all the stress out of it. Thank you!
